Thank you for your interest in joining Wandle as our Assistant Director of Customer Support.
Wandle is at a really important stage in its journey. We are continuing to strengthen how our services work for residents and looking carefully at the leadership, values and approaches that will help us deliver the kind of service our customers expect and deserve.
I am really passionate about putting customers close to the heart of our services. A big part of this role is thinking about how we design and deliver services alongside residents, shaping services that genuinely respond to the diverse needs of communities across south London.
You will be joining a great team of people who are open to doing things differently. There is a real willingness across the organisation to try new ideas, explore new ways of working and think about what a strong neighbourhood model can look like in practice.
